ENTRY/WAIVER for the SPRING SHOW

Removal at the end of the show, Saturday, May 2, 2024, from 10 am to 12 pm

The ARTIST named below does hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the COCO Art Gallery in Estero, Florida, and the Art Council of Southwest, Florida and their respective officers, employees, volunteers, and agents of the Council from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action and suits at law or in equity for and on account of any injuries, damage, loss or accidents sustained by the Artist or Artist’s property while participating in the exhibit at the COCO Gallery in Estero Florida. All insurance is the responsibility of the artist. All artwork remains the property of the artist. It is the artist’s responsibility to read and comply with the rules and regulations as presented in the Prospectus for this show. All work submitted is subject to these conditions. Your signature below indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions contained herein and that you have given the Art Council of Southwest Florida permission to use images of your artwork for publicity purposes.
